Vanessa Vittorio

Vanessa S. Vittorio has over 27 years of experience as a litigator.  Vanessa has handled over 1000 depositions (party, percipient and expert witnesses), obtained favorable results in countless mediations and settlement conferences, and obtained successful outcomes for clients on dispositive motions. Vanessa has prevailed in civil litigation matters in both state and federal court, in complex business litigation law including lemon law, auto dealership law, consumer law, and products liability, among others.

Vanessa has also served as an educator in the legal field, teaching at various law schools and paralegal programs to prepare future lawyers and legal professionals. She has taught a variety of legal subjects, including employment law, business law, real property, contracts, criminal law and procedure, torts, family law, wills, trusts, estate planning, bankruptcy, legal research and writing, civil procedure, and corporate law.  Born in Argentina, Vanessa is fluent in Spanish, and has translated national educational websites.
